Accessibility Statement

Accessibility for People with Disabilities and Compliance with Section 508 and WCAG 2.1

OTAN is committed to making caadultedreporting.org and other websites developed by OTAN accessible to people with disabilities. We strive to meet or exceed the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794d), as amended in 1998 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 recommendations for making Web content more accessible.

Section 508 is a federal law that requires agencies to provide people with disabilities equal access to electronic information and data comparable to those who do not have disabilities, unless doing so would impose an undue burden on the agency. The Section 508 standards are the technical requirements and criteria used to determine whether the agency is meeting the requirements of this law.

While we do strive to make caadultedreporting.org as accessible as possible, some accessibility issues may be present due to limitations of and/or bugs in the technologies, browsers, and screen readers utilized. OTAN is not responsible for accessibility issues with links to websites or content created by third parties.

Accessibility testing was performed using 4 different operating systems and browser combinations and 4 different screen readers. The testing profiles chosen are based on screen reader popularity and the browser with which they are most often paired to provide the highest level of support.
